Classes
One HypnoBirthing course consists of five classes taught over a five week period. Classes are small and intimate with a maximum of 5 couples per course.
HypnoBirthing can be of benefit at any stage of pregnancy and can enable you to have the best possible birth. It is never too early (or late!) to take classes. I’ve seen Moms as early as 16 weeks and as late as 36 weeks. 
The goal is for you and your birth companion to have time to practice the techniques involved and build on your positive birth expectations. It is never too late to start and even a late introduction is better than nothing at all!

HypnoBirthing Group classes are typically held in the evenings in my home in South Central Austin. This intimate environment tends to make couples feel more relaxed and facilitates discussion and camaraderie.
The course fee includes the entire program for you and your birthing partner, the textbook: HypnoBirthing: A Celebration of Life, the Rainbow Relaxation audio CD, and numerous handouts.
Group Course Fee: $275
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to register, with the balance ($200) due at the first class. Class Registration is on a first pay, first reserve basis. Your $75 deposit reserves your space and allows for the purchase your class materials. I also offer payment plans if needed.
Private Course Fee: $375
I require a $75 deposit to reserve space for you in my calendar. We can discuss options that fit your schedule and your needs. Weekends and evenings are available for private classes. Please contact me for more information.
To reserve your spot in a class, please fill out the following Registration Form. After hearing back from me, you can pay your deposit online below through Paypal or send me a check. Upon receipt I will mail your book and CD to you!
